About

Alp Öztekin graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Law in 2017. In 2022, he graduated from Çankaya University Faculty of Law with his thesis titled ''The Crime of Entering The IT System'' and completed his master degree.

Öztekin's main fields of business are internet law and IT/Cyber law. Other fields of business are administrative law, criminal law and medical law. Öztekin is the author of the law book ''In Theory and Practice Turkish Internet Law''. He has published academic studies in various journals, also writes informative articles on Hukukihaber.net

Öztekin, who has a human and conscience-oriented legal perspective, is aware that law does not consist of only written rules. He thinks that the ultimate purpose of law is to achieve justice and rightness. Öztekin has adopted the principle of performing his legal profession within the framework of professionalism, knowledge and honestly.
