About

Attorney Alp Öztekin graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Law in 2017. In 2018, he founded Öztekin Law Firm in Ankara. In 2022, he completed his master's degree in public law at Çankaya University Faculty of Law with his thesis titled "The Crime of Unlawful Access to an Information System." He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in criminal law at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.

Atty. Alp Öztekin specializes in internet and information technology law, criminal law and media & communications law. He possesses extensive professional experience in these fields, along with academic studies that serve as key primary sources. Since 2018, Öztekin has also been practicing in administrative law, medical law and tort law.
